New head of capacitor division at Mersen

On 1 October 2019 the Mersen Group created the new position of Vice President Product Line Capacitors: In this capacity Stefan Hartge will be responsible for FTCAP in Husum and Leclanché Capacitors in Switzerland. The experienced manager, who is new at Mersen, previously held a management position at General Electric (GE).

Stefan Hartge will be responsible for FTCAP in Husum and Leclanché Capacitors in Switzerland.

Stefan Hartge has a degree in electrical engineering from the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. In 2019 he additionally completed an international executive program at the University of St. Gallen (cand. E.M.B.L.-HSG). Stefan Hartge’s career started in 1999 at Siemens, followed by eight years in the R&D centre at Enercon. In 2007 he switched to GE, where he performed various tasks in the area of global product management and business development.
